Prof.P.Kameswara Rao

Director of Viswanadha Business School is a Doctorate in Business Management in the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He has worked as a Professor/HOD-MBA and Dy.Director (Corporate Relations) at Kalasalingam University, Anand Nagar, Krishnankoil, Near Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He has a total Experience of 19 years out of which 4 years in Industry and 15 years in MBA Teaching. His academic contributions by way of publishing research papers in 28 refereed national and international journals and presented 56 research papers in various national and international conferences organized by IIMs, and other top B-Schools across India. He has published 3 text books in management related subjects. He has taught the subjects like, Marketing Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Organizational Behavior, Professional Ethics, Managerial Economics, Sales Management, Industrial Marketing, Marketing Research, Bank Marketing, Marketing of Financial Services and Advertising Management etc to MBA students during his career.

He has conducted eight Professional Trainings for the faculty as well as to the students of MBA, delivered five guest lecturers to various B-Schools, acted as Conference Chair Person for three conferences and Key note speaker in a conference, organized sixteen Academic Programmes, Doctoral Committee Member for three times, Moderation Committee Member For Examinations, acted as Conference Chair and Chief Guest for a National Conference and Recognized PhD Supervisor. He is the reviewer for Research Papers for three times for European Journal of Operations Research (EJOR), Chief Editor for Consumer Protection & Globalization: ISBN:9788190667197 and Managing Editor for Advanced Statistical Data Analysis for Business Intelligence.

Dr. D.N. Naveen Kumar

                Joined Viswanadha Business School as Professor in Management. Earlier worked as an Associate Professor and Academic co-ordinator in Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies.

                Done his Ph.D in Management from D.CMS Department of Commerce and Management  Studies , Andhra University.

                He has got total of 12 years of experience in teaching PG level Management Students.
                Areas of Interest :  Consumer Behaviour , Service Marketing and Strategic Management.

 C. Ravindra Babu,

                  Viswanadha Business School Prof. C. Ravindra Babu passed with Distinction, M.Sc in Mathematics in the year 1970 and joined as research scholar in PG Centre, Guntur in the year 1970. He has a Diploma in German Language. He has joined in INDIAN BANK as Probationary Officer in the year 1972 and retired as Deputy General Manager, after serving the Bank for 35 long years ,which includes, 19 years in Eastern India, 2 years in Delhi, 2 years in Chennai, in various capacities such as Branch Manager, Chief Manager, Asst. General Manager, Circle Head, DGM etc,. He had undergone during the service in the Bank various Training Programmes both Internal and External, which includes: Management Skills at IMM, Calcutta ; Credit Management at IIM Bangalore ; Executive Development Programme at NIBM, Pune and Forex, Credit , Rural Development Programmes at SBI , Guragon.

                   Visited Various Business/Management Schools as Guest Faculty at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Special Areas of interest :  Teaching Management subjects in Finance and HR.

                  V.T.S.N. Murthy is an MHRM and Psychology graduate from Andhra University. Associated with VBS as a faculty in Human Resources.  Having close to 12 years of hands on experience in HR both at Industry and Academics. Murthy has a great Passion towards education and training young management minds in all HR related verticals, by assessing and understanding student Psychology and shaping their Personality to the best of their ‘Best’.

N. Venkatachari

                  Mr. Nagendla Venkatachari Faculty has qualified himself in MBA (Finance) from Dr. Ambedkar open university, Hyderabad, LL.M from Andhra University , Visakhpatnam, MFT from Pondicherry University and PGDPM from National Institute of Personnel Management Kolkata and had 10 years of Academic experience in various institutions such as David’s Memorial Institute of Management Secunderabad, (2 yrs), AQJ degree college Vizag (2 yrs) , NVP . Law college Vizag (2 yrs) , Sims CMS (1 yr) Vizag, SSMIET, Anaparthy (2 yr). Before joining in VBS he had worked in AIMS , Visakhapatnamas faculty for 3 yrs. Before joining in academic line he had industry exposure in A.P. State Irrigation  Development Corporation, Hyderabad for 22 years in Administration Department. Currently pursuing Ph.D in the Dept. of law from Andhra University , Visakhapatnam. He has attended 15 seminars including national level and published papers also.
